MEETINGS
Meetings of the Association are held on Last Saturday of every month throughout the year.
All members should endeavor to attend all Association meetings except with a prior notice of absent to the Secretary/President.
The Secretary shall give at least fourteen (14) days notice of the date of all meetings, to members through the club’s social media platforms.
Annual general meetings will be held on the last month of every year in which the Financial Secretary will produce the Annual Financial Report of the Association.
An Extraordinary Meeting may be called by the Executives or at the request of the President and Secretary or on the written request of members of the Association, should any situation arise that would warrant such a meeting being required.
All meetings shall start at 5:00pm prompt with duration of 2 hours
All members present at a meeting will give their individual attention to the topics/agenda being discussed.
All trouble spots will be debated, clarified or voted by the members prior to moving to the next agenda
The meeting shall be conducted in a professional manner.
